Kayhan founded Regent Forge to solve a problem he repeatedly saw firsthand: US banks spending millions on compliance and still getting blindsided by MRAs. He built the platform's RAG + LLM analysis pipeline on a knowledge base of ~18,000 regulatory documents from the OCC, Federal Reserve, FDIC, CFPB, and Basel Committee. Based in Vancouver, BC.

Compliance Domain Expert

Hiring now Full-time Remote (US/Canada)

Ex-bank compliance officer, examiner, or compliance consultant. You will be the regulatory brain of Regent Forge — validating findings, framing how the platform surfaces gaps, and helping pilot customers operationalize the output.

  • 5+ years inside US bank compliance — preferably with OCC, Fed, or FDIC examination exposure
  • Hands-on familiarity with deposit agreements, BSA/AML, vendor management (OCC 2023-17), or lending compliance
  • Comfortable working alongside engineers to shape product behavior
  • Strong written communication — you'll author regulatory rules and customer-facing remediation guidance

Founding Growth Lead

Hiring now Full-time Remote (US)

Own the early go-to-market for Regent Forge. You'll talk to compliance teams at community and regional banks every day, run targeted outbound, represent us at industry events, and convert pilot interest into signed deals.

  • 3–6 years in B2B SaaS sales or BD — RegTech, FinTech, or compliance-adjacent strongly preferred
  • Comfort selling to compliance, risk, and internal audit teams at banks
  • You'll be the second voice the customer hears after the founder — clear writing and a steady demeanor matter
  • Bonus: existing network at community banks, regional banks, or banking conferences
