We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, institution name, and role when you request a demo or create an account. We also collect documents you upload for compliance analysis.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide compliance analysis services, send you reports and results, respond to your inquiries, and improve our platform. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Document Security

Documents you upload for analysis are processed in a secure, isolated environment. Your documents are never shared with third-party AI services or other customers. Documents are retained for the duration of your subscription and deleted upon request.

Data Retention

Analysis reports are retained for 7 years per OCC Bulletin 2013-29 guidance. Account information is retained while your account is active and for 90 days after cancellation.
